Please provide vehicle details; year, make, & model at a minimum, but any other details that might help in diagnosis. From the code descriptions in the image, it does not appear that this is an S-series truck...but the descriptions could be wrong as I have not looked them up myself yet. Also, please provide more of a description of things you have tried and the symptoms you are experiencing for us.

Sounds like you have replaced the distributor and CMP sensor (camshaft position sensor) that is located in the distributor. Something newer would be distributorless ignition so I'm betting that the code descriptions that your scantool is providing are incorrect.

If this is an s-series equiped with the 4.3L engine, then you'll want to be looking at the CMP Retard value if your scantool is capable of displaying it. This value needs to be as close to zero as you can get it and is modified by loosening the distributor hold down bolt & moving the distributor with the engine running and your scantool displaying the value. Once you get the CMP Retard value to zero, tighten the hold down bolt.
