Default Auto trans hard shifting

I'm a new member with a 1995 S-10 blazer 4x4. 120k on the odometer. Old Blaze is in primo condition & well maintained, but started hard shifting most noticeably from neutral to drive and reverse. I took the evehicle to an honest, well respected transmissuin specialist and was told that the problem isn't with the transmission, but that the problem is being caused by high line pressure. He bypassed the computer and the hard shifting disappeared. The line pressure dropped to 65, but still a little on the high side. So he believes that the problem is in the computer or a wire connection to the computer. Has anyone else had a similar problem that would help in diagnosing the specific problem or is it simply a process of elimination?

So...I guess my truck's problem is unique?? Or should I be posting this under electrical vs. transmission even though the problem effects the transmission? Any additional input would be greatly appreciated!
