Default Trans. shifting hard on an automatic?

i have a automatic tranny and when it shifts into 1st gear it jerks my entire car for some reason. also when im accelerating my engine will rev really high to the point where my foot is on the floor and i still am not going any faster. but then it would shift really hard. i have no clue as to why.

have u checked the tranny fluid? maybe it doesnt have enough pressure build up to shift gears.? idk im just sayy'n

OHM is the measure unit of resistance. Have you checked for error codes? If yes, have you received an error like P0751, Shift Solenoid A Performance Problem?

Service Manual says:

Component & Wiring Harness Resistance Check
1) Install Jumper Harness (J-39775) to transmission 20-pin
connector. Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance between specified
terminals for each component.
and

If resistance reading is okay, go to next step. If
resistance reading is not okay, disconnect wiring harness at component
and measure component resistance. Replace component if resistance is
not as specified. If resistance is as specified, repair wiring harness
between component and 20-pin connector.

some transmissions use a vacuum modulator to adjust oil pressure.Check if yours has one and check vacuum line to it.
