Default bad performance

I recently changed the plugs, distributor cap, rotor and air filter on my 98 4wd blazer. I did the tune up because It ran a bit rough. It starts up and runs fine but doing like 60, it kind of slightly misfires and still runs a bit rough. When i force it to a kikcdown it kind of hestitates before it reacts, and letting go of the trottle it kinds of stalls for a second. I did the tune up, and expected the problems to disappear but it`s like the engine isn`t giving me the max power output. Anybody here with a tip?

Have you changed the fuel filter, run some injector cleaner through the system, gone through the steps in the following post?
