Default bad transmission mount? need suggestions

So for about... 2 weeks or so not my transmission (i think) shakes quite a bit from 15mph-40mph then settles down, but I can still feel the shake when I'm on the highway. I'm thinking it's a bad transmission mount, i havent gotten under there yet and looked at anything so I don't know for sure. Some days it's worse than others, some days I can hardly notice it. Also, when I go over bumps I can feel something hitting the hump on the floor up front.

Any info/suggestions are welcome, thanks.

Do you have 4x4?
"hump on the floor up front"
Sounds like a bad torsion bar mount.

yea it's 4WD. i dont think its the torsion bar mounts... it's in the middle of the bump where the transmission goes and I can feel it where my foot rests next to the gas pedal

put a jack under the tranny with a board on it and apply a "small" amount of pressure...if mount is shot it will lift up...its easy to fix.

Reason i ask about the torsion bar mounts is when BOTH of mine went bad,i had that same knock under my feet. at the gas pedal. crawl under the truck at the torsion crossmember, and push up on the member where the bars slide into up and down. if they move at all. they are bad.
