Get a new belt first and foremost.

Mine started doing that and it was the ac clutch bearing which can be replaced on its own and fairly inexpensive.

Thanks cov58. The ac clutch has been my prime suspect but I didn't know you could replace just the bearing. Do you need any special tool to get the clutch off and bearing out?
