What was the result of test 2 in post 10?

I'll check the fuse but for test 2 I shut down as it's almost 11pm and I have to be at work at 5am. Going to get up early and try to get there before the engine warms up.Originally Posted by GeorgeLG

So got an update. Put the new EGR in and Holy crap did it wake up. So much better but now.... I can comfortably say I have a fuel pump issue, or my spider injectors I got are bad. AutoZone wants 155$ for tool rental so I talked to a buddy and he's getting me one from the shop Thursday. Truck runs for about 8mins then spits and sputters, I turn the engine off and back on still does it. Turn the truck off and on about 3 times and runs fine for about another 8 or so mins. When I get the tester I'll update, and as far as O2s go I'm getting my money back and I'm sending my EGR back and demanding a refund.Originally Posted by GeorgeLG

Ignition on then off 3 times only goes to 53psi. After only 30seconds drops to 52 psi.. no leaks that I can tell. I will take off the intake today anyway to reset the manifold. The spiders I got do not fit properly inside the oval slot so I need to see why anyway.Originally Posted by GeorgeLG

The second half of the test will tell you if it’s in the tank or the intake. If you are going to do the infamous intake manifold gaskets, use only the metal reinforced Felpro and follow the RTV and tightening sequence carefully.

It's been 20mins. Down to 40psi. I'm putting in a see through fuel filter today, I should check the line going from the fuel take to the front before the filter to see if it is truly the fuel pump correct?Originally Posted by GeorgeLG

Cut fuel line by filter for new one.
11:05 am Psi test showed 85 with the injectors cut away.
By 11:06 am down to 80psi. Checked for leaks in gauge with nothing found.
11:08 am down to 76 psi. Loosing about 1.75psi a min.
11:10 we dropped to 75 psi. Slowing down on the leak.
11:12 down to 74 psi.
11:14 down to 70psi? Big drop.
11:15 down to 68.5ish psi.
Updated the last post on times and psi. Looks okay to me.
