Default Blazer 4.3- manufacturer date 12/94(transitional year) Help!!

I have a 95 blazer (manufactured 12/94) that won’t start. It ran but after replacing fuel pump, I drove it and it overheated in less than a mile. It hasn’t started up since. With starter fluid I could get it to turn over but soon as starter fluid would burn up, it would shut off. Basically it wouldn’t start up without it. So far the parts that I have replaced are Starter, coolant temperature sensor, cap and rotors, fuel pump, ignition coil, spark plugs, spark plug wires and all relays. I have checked all fuses, made sure there is gas, and it won’t turn over. I noticed a crank position sensor has no wires to plug into. One more thing I found 3 black wires connected to each other but just hanging near firewall. I mounted it to the frame. Anyone have suggestions? Please help, so frustrated with this!!

First question, does it turn over with the starter or is it locked solid?

At best we would get a picture of the crank position sensor and the three wires you assumed were ground wires.

Crank sensor harness should come down off the main engine harness on the passenger-front side of the engine bay, to the left of the alternator/idler assembly bracket.
