I have an 87 S10 Blazer it wont crank it sounds like a bad battery or starter when u turn the key there is nothing, replaced battery, starter, alternator, cables, and checked grounds. Still wont start any advice would be great

Does the starter even try?

Does it try but nothing?

If it tries, does it have spark and fuel?

Even if it has spark, are the plugs clean?

If it doesn't even try, can you jump the starter by hand to try it that way?

Maybe theres a wiring issue in the column to the computer...

Too many variables.

no it seems like their is no power going to the starter acting like a dead battery

it gets spark good plugs

dunno about fuel havent checked

i have jumped the starter and its good i blew though 2 of them since it was burning them out

i know it must be some electrical issues but dont know where to begin

I don't understand how you're burning them out. Are you sure your motor is not locked up? When you jump them they should kick in and turn the motor if they're good. They're 12 volts, and if you're jumping them with 12 volts it shouldn't be burning them out.

Try turning your lights on and hitting the starter switch, if they go real dim you've either got a short in the starter circuit, a bad battery, motor's locked up, or the starter is shorted.

Check the cable that goes from the engine to the chassis and the ground from the body to the chassis. If those are gone or broken, it'll seem like it's completely dead.
