Default Blazer fuel pressure problem??

So I have a 2000 chevy blazer and it had trouble starting because it was not holding pressure inthe lines but I just put a new fuel pressure regulator in and fixes the problem. But my question is I hooked the gauge up and in reading at idle 50psi and it runs to 60.(50/60). And it holds 45psi in lines which is about right because you want around -5 psi holding but as far as I know blazer are suppose to run 60/66. Does anyone know what they run at and if 50/60 is right? Also, with the key on the pump gets 60psi
