Blazer not running

Start with the regulator, its the cheapest possible fix, as it can either be that or sticky poppet valves, both are relatively common failures.

Hi everyone!

The problem is now solved finally! We removed the exhaust/catalyst and the engine started with a Big Bang, I guess the manifolds were filled with fuel. The catalyst were scrambled inside and just a little exhaust could pass.
Now the Blazer runs like a dream again!

Glad it's fixed... a little puzzled on the leak down tho...
