how long has water been in the oil? or how long have you been driving it this way? id worry about the lower bearings etc if its been setting or driving it with water in it.
If it checks ok,just do the typical stuff like cleaning the surfaces really well, and stuff some rags under the lower intake to keep stuff from falling into the engine. Pick up a few gallons of some cheap oil from the dollar store, wally world etc and a few filters.Change the oil and filter,Let it run and check for problems. then after you let it run for a few minutes change the oil and filter again, drive it around then change it once more. Maybe this is overkill but you wanna make sure no water etc is left in the engine. Its worth the insurance.
