Default Cam retard question

I have a high end scan tool showing my offset is -3. My engine occasionally has slight mis at idle, but nothing showing on the scan tool. I once saw a count of two on cylinder 1 but nothing else. Just wondering if this could be the cause.

No codes, engine runs great otherwise, seems to vibrate in the pedal at 60+, but thinking that it’s body related and not engine.

wondering if -3 would cause issues. I know +/-2 is in range and 0 is ideal. From what I know there is 132,000 on the distributor, side to side movement was acceptable.

‘full tune up of ac delco plugs wires, coil and icm recently, dealer did intake manifold gaskets at 57,500. Im at 132,000 now.

-3 is fine. Some recorded misfires is normal. Doesn't mean misfires are real. As long as it's not turning on the light or setting codes.....
