I just replaced the intake manifold gaskets along with the head gaskets and then replaced the serpentine belt.

Now, when I accelerate, there is a "chirping" sound coming from the engine. It doesn't happen when I idle, only when I accelerate.

Any ideas?

it now seems to be chirping while idling too.

I'd say its definitely something with the belt. Some belts are more prone to making noise than others.
