Default Code p0102

01 Zr2 Blazer 114xxxmiles. So I have read the other post on this p0102 code and have come up short. I can clear the code and on the next start up I will get 2 of the p0102 codes. It drives fine, 4x4 works, What I have already done, new maf, new Tps, B1 s1 o2 sensor. Sprayed silicon around the intake while running to check for a leak. Volt readings in the connection running. Pink 13.8v, black good ground, yellow 1.25v. I believe yellow is supposed to be at 5v, stop me if I'm wrong. How or why is this not working properly? Also not sure if it's related but it loses Fp quick and to start it I have to turn it over once then off then on and it will start no problem while cold btw. Thanks sorry if I'm missing something here

The ignition switch is known to wear out and cause issues. With transmissions while cranking voltage will drop out for a mill a second and computer will set it in limp mode. Sounds like you might have something going on in that area if your fuel pump is acting strange. Do all the lights on the gear display work as you shift thru them? This is how I check for failed part on transmission concerns. I believe this is the # ACDelco D1423D. Good luck!
