Default concerning pcm's

Hello, I happen to be browsing through eBay & noticed something I thought was interesting & it made me curious .
regarding the pcm in our blazers, why does the price vary like they do? If they are refurbished, rebuilt, reprogrammed, reflashed, etc, why is one priced at say $ 38 ( example) and another is priced at say $ 129( example)
I'm just curious is all. Thanks.

Well - IMHO - eBay is a bidding platform not a selling platform where you have businesses.

Everybody can put his stuff on eBay at any price they choose. Most probably this is the reason.
Most of the time it comes down to exactly know what you need and buy exactly that at the most reasonable price.
