Connect LB4 with 4l60e(BCT BABB)

Default Connect LB4 with 4l60e(M30,BCT BABB)
I am finally sick of dealing with problems with the ignition and the L35 CPI intake and I am looking into the possibility of installing a LR4 4.8 engine without changing the gearbox. Now I have 4L60e(m30) installed with BCT BABB, can I connect my 4L60e to LR4?

It's not that simple. Bigger question is how to get a computer to work with both the vehicle systems and engine.
