70bucks isnt bad if it means saving money for work. I'll check it out and ask around for prices that a mechanic will charge. Any other advice for my car problems?
When it gets warmer, I will turn it on and crawl underneath to see if i can find a source of the leak. My friend just put a stop leak thing in my radiator... was that a good idea or not?lol

I don't recommend using it. It can sometimes plug things up where you don't want them plugged up.

ah crap, thats just my luck if something like that were to happen...
well we'll see when i drive home this upcoming weekend on what happens, if it gets clogged or it works.
otherwise, the best advice is to just take it to a mechanic and say, my coolant is leaking, thats all i want you to find out where and what is going on?lol

Tell him you have a coolant leak see what he wants to do. He may be able to spot it without a test.

Hopefully they'll be able to spot it for ya..with the hoses being grimey, and pooling coolant on the front splash guard, a mechanic should be able to track it down for you!

Awesome, I will be doing that when I have a chance. Thank you all very much. I really appreciate it.
