Crank no start has fuel and spark. Everything replaced!!
All you need for an engine to run is compression, good fuel at the right amount, and spark at the right time.
But first please answer how long it has been since it started and ran.
Next I want to see compression check values for all cylinders (no oil), and sharp reasonably close up photos of the business end of the 6 spark plugs. Note if they were wet when removed, and if wet how long it took for them to dry @ temp (no blowing on them)? Also note if there was liquid blowing out of cylinders during start of compression check.
Please provide this info and we can go from there.

the problem with the 4.3 in these blazers to start is, your motor is out of time?, let me explain, down on the crank is two marks, and our suppose to line those two marks up with two other marks on the motor, well the crank as a fiberglass or hard plastic round pice that has the marks on it, well what happens is it spins, throwing you off! Basically you have to take your #1 spark plug out and use a bore scope to see if the piston is all the way up, while looking in with bore scope, have someone turn the crank to the marks, and if there straight on the marks and the piston isn't all the way up, with both valves closed! Then that pulley spun loose, it's hard to explain, but this is exactly what mine did, and another mechanic told me another of people have this problem with there blazers and even some mechanics don't know this issue,it's a tricky issue that isn't noticed, and another of these blazers end of in the scrap yard for this particular reason, ok se one problem with these blazers, the wire that goes to the coil is burnt or loose, not the coil wire that goes to the distributor cap, the main plug wire, if you wiggle it and notice your truck starts or stops, the plug is the issue, yet again another blind issue people don't know. Hope this helps, good luck.
