I would get some more miles on it at 40 mph - then see if problem is consistent. Might have plugged converter or something with the fuel, but don't jump to any conclusions just yet. You could also rig your fuel pressure gauge so you can see it while driving...... We can fix it!!

I must be cursed....

So i went to take a friend home and the old blazer would not crank except when sprayed with carb cleaner. I checked the codes and it said injector circuit. I popped off the the plug and found it flooded with fuel. I guess that either I didnt pull the injectors far enough into the body when i swapped them out or the pins are longer being a Chinese knock off and they were pushed down with the cap until they worked themselves loose. I have removed the Plenum at least 3 times already maybe 4. I really don't like that job. Should I investigate the issue and save money by getting it to work or spend money I have put back for Christmas because its likely not going to work right.
I already know the answer. I just hate that I have to buy a second MFI in 3 months at $150 for a cheap Chinese piece of garbage.

So im looking on Amazon for MFI injection system with a large number of buyers rating it at 4 stars. I don't have the money for oem parts and I cant tell the difference between 1 Chinese made part from the next. I also read the reviews to help decide.

Can anyone direct me to a company that refurbishes the MFI injectors relatively cheap 200 or less that doesnt take weeks to arrive?

So here's an idea I just had. Is there a sealant like silcone or epoxy that is fuel resistant i could put down in the bottom of the fuel metoring body to stop the fuel from leaking up.

Better just replace the entire spider if it is leaking up into the electrical connector. Sounds dangerous! Pick a Chinese one on Amazon that has sold a bunch and still has some stars! You can always return it for refund for free if it has a problem but you have to do it within their time frame. Amazon is good about that, but I also think it is good to be a Prime member. Be careful not to crack plastic on installation. Use vaseline on plenum seal.

It will be here tomorrow. I will let you know as soon as as it's installed. I will be checking for leaks before putting the intake back together.

I didn't install #3 injector first last time. I didn't know that was a thing. But this MFI calls for the #3 to be inserted first.

Video in post #48 shows the proper routing. #3 and #1 get flipped in position so #3 goes on first. Make sure numbers on injector center body correspond to the cylinders that the tubes lead to. Best wishes!

Thank you for that for that information and repeating it as it seems you already pointed me in the right direction before.

The delivery now says delayed. It was supposed to be here Sunday actually. I decided to find out where why it was leaking just in case it was something simple. It wasn't but all those parts are so interchangeable i attempted to correct the problem.

After changing out the a couple orings and yanking a new injector putting it on an old injector tube and some finessing it all i got it on the fuel line.

It was above 50psi for 5 minutes when I finally came in and I just checked 30 minutes later its at 48psi.if in the morning its still not leaking ill put it back together as per your instructions and hope for the best.

Its running again. And so far there's no vibration. Its idling at 600. Its not overheating. When I got back to it today after leaving the fuel pressure tester on all night it still read 48 psi. Which is actually a first usually it would be around 20 the next day.

I haven't taken it out for a spin yet. I might be a little nervous. So after I return the vehicle I have been borrowing i will put it on the hwy and report back.

Its driving great. Idles fine. No vibration. No codes. I drove around town for a bit and I couldn't ask for a better running vehicle with 225k miles. I guess the brakes are next.
