Default Cranks good but has a quirky starting issue.

I have a 02 blazer that will not start without a spritz of carb cleaner spritz into the intake hot or cold. It gets even more cranky to start and has to be drowned just about in carb cleaner below 28-30f. Once it gets running it runs beautifully. Occasionally after being warmed up and sitting for 5-10 minutes it is able to start without help as well. It has had a fuel pump, fuel filter, distributor cap, MAF thrown at it by the previous owner. If i remember right this whole nightmare started AFTER the previous owner tried to DIY the fuel pump, f**ked it up and took it to a shop to have them do it.

I know you said it has had the fuel pump done, but I would check the fuel pressure.

I've been contemplating that. I have been pondering if it was a cheap crappy fuel pump or something got broke and never sorted out. I can create an access panel for it as well.

That's where I would start. I cut an access hole to get to my fuel pump. Quick and easy.
