I was Looking to Put a Cummings Diesel In my Blazer and was wondering if it was possible, and what all i would have to do to it if anything to make this work, And What Size Cummings would best suit my blazer. Thanks for all that reply

gotta remember a lot of modification and planning needs to be done if tackling this
its a lot of work but its possible

there is a member doing an Detroit diesel swap but has not been on in a while
if you look in the builds section you can possibly find it.

But i wouldnt go any bigger than what this person is doing or else you would need heavy modifications.

 

the engines gonna be really heavy for the front end

its best to upgrade to a Solid axle swap IMO

 

The front end is gonna have to be beefed up even for a small 4bt. Plenty of those been swapped into all kinds of small trucks.
