Default Cylinder #5 Misfire

I have a 97 Blazer with 171K on it and I get the code for cylinder #5 misfire. This has done this since I got the car with 85K on it. Usually only when under a load going up a hill, replaced plugs and wires and it hardly ever did it. Lately it has been doing it more often, I replaced the plugs and wires, the plugs looked fine, #5 didn't look any different than the others, I still get the code. Other than this, the car runs fine. I am suspecting fuel injector, is it possible to replace the injector for one cylinder? Any other ideas?

thanks

Did you use AC Delco spark plugs? Does it have a miss you can feel?

I did not use AC plugs, they were autolite iridiums and there is no miss to feel, it is only at highway speeds going uphill, the check engine light will come on and the code is always for cylinder #5 misfire

I replaced the cap and rotor in addition to the plugs and wires and still get the code, I think i am going to try to swap the #5 injector with another one, not sure how hard they are to get at. Any other ideas?
