Default Dies when hot

I have a 2000 blazer and all of the sudden when it is hot outside the motor dies and will only start when allowed to sit for ten to twenty minutes. Gas guage started jumping around about the same time this other problem started.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Have you done a fuel pressure test when the problem occurs?

How about removing and testing the ICM and coil?

Default Same problem

I've had the same problem with my 99 Blazer, only happening when it gets warmer in the summertime. Recently, I've replaced the crank sensor ($50). It's been running well since then, but I haven't ran it for long periods of time since. I've also got a fuel pump standing by if the problem reoccurs.

alright, it's not the crank sensor, now we'll try the fuel pump.
