my 1992 chevy 5.0l single cab stepside dosent want to start now i know its not the fuel pump becuase i changed it and the spark plugs are new and the wire and then the feul pump relay is also new but i did find two ground cabels when i took the the fuel rely one was intact and connected another one was cut and white but there was no wire that was missing but plz help

 

I think I need to be blunt with you. A single, 77-word sentence, with no less than atrocious spelling and grammar, is not a good recipe for a response on this forum. As for why; well, it's seriously annoying. So I strongly suggest that you start again. And it is expected/suggested for you to put all of your vehicles basic info, in your signature (have a look at mine).

As for your problem, I would offer help. But from what you've said, I can't make anything out. And I'm not a mechanic. You haven't even mentioned what happens when you turn the key. Dash lights? Sound (clicking/silent/fuel pump priming)? Any turnover?
