My engine has 182,000+ miles on her and she sometimes struggles at start up, causing the entire truck to shake a bit for a few seconds. I get the oil changes done regularly, so what does this mean? Is it at the end of it's life cycle? Should I take her in for a tune-up?

Also, my cruise control works 90% of the time. The other 10% it is unresponsive. I'm not too familiar with the system other than it works off vaccuum. What should I do?
