Default engine noise

Ok so my 2001 blazer 4.3 is making a noise the noise is preety quiet the only place you can hear it is in the passenger side wheelwell it's almost like in between a tick and a knock and u can also here it when your under the vehicle but u can't here it when u just pop the hood and try to listen..and when u rev it up it doesn't get any louder it actually goes away or just gets really quiet. Any ideas? And I got a video of it just can't figure out how to load it

Mine does that too. I think it's just the lifters ticking. When you hit the gas, the oil pressure goes up, so they get more oil and and quiet down.
