Engine Surges when AC is turned on

Engine Surges when AC is turned on

Okay is this a vacuum leak or what? Sitting parked, switching the AC switch from off, to normal AC, the engine surges and gets stuck at a high RPM. What is the cause?

Sticking IAC valve? Have you cleaned the throttle body & IAC valve?
