Default Engine swap from 305 to a 350, bout fuel injected

I have a 1987 K5 Blazer 4x4 for my sons first vehicle. It has a 305 fuel injected that is having serious engine problems. I have come across a 1990 suburban with a 350 fuel injected as well. The suburban is to be sold as scrap. The suburban has been sitting in my freinds wrecking yard since October and started on the first crank. I let it idle for 15 minutes and then changed the rpms several times over the next 15 minutes without any issues. I then let the engine idle again for 15 minutes, no issues. Will the wiring harness and other components swap over without any or major conversions?
