Could ya be a bit more specific? Do you mean, the engine will not turn over, or it turns but does not start up?

It won't turn over, the battery gage is a little above 9 but my battery is 84% charged I checked at autozone, when I plugged the battery back in, the whole car was off, they key even got stuck in the ignition... But I had that happen before with the key stuck and it won't start... So idk if the seafoam had nOthing to do with it

Sounds like you hydro-locked the engine.

Pull all the plugs and crank it. Hope you did not bend the rods.

I don't think hydro locking is the issue at all! At this point, you're sending this dude on a wild goose chase, and causing him unnecessary concern and stress. Even if he had a bent rod, which I doubt very seriously, the engine would still turn over. He would lose compression on the cylinder in question because the stroke would be shorter. If he damaged a rod so severely that the engine would not crank, he would have heard something during the initial start up after having used the sea foam. If you read the thread closely, he is saying the engine just won't turn over. Then read about how his key has even been stuck a few times in the ignition. This tells me the problem is more likely to be in the ignition, or electrical than anything else! I can speak freely on the hydro locking issue because two weeks ago, my Blazer was completely submerged in water, up to the windshield. My truck died, and I had to pull it out, and even then, it crunk up, no issues. All I had to do was drain the tranny and rebuild the valve bodies. Anyhow, All I am saying, is I doubt seafoam hydro locked the motor. To the OP: If your truck is not turning over at all, start looking at things like ignition, and starter. Good luck with it.

So I let the truck sit for about 8hrs while I was at work, I started the truck up and vualah smoke just poured out the pipe from the seafoam.... Took it for a spin about 100 miles later changed the oil and filter. But when I went up a hill the mph stayed at 40 while I pressed the gas it ended up shutting down on me while I pressed the breaks they were so hard! I turned it off and waited a min turned it back on but the whole engine was jolting??? What can it be?

Did your break booster line pop off? Thats what the stiff brakes would be and the engine jolting from the vacuum leak.
