Or he actually tried to pull spark plugs because he went on the advice given to him prior on in the thread about hydro locking, and didn't pop wires back on correctly. The stiff brakes would be from the truck dying. (No power brakes) to the OP: How did the truck run before the oil change, and was it due/overdue for it? Next seafoam treatment, remember to keep the vehicle running... lol It's what I do. One hand on the throttle keepin her running, and the other pouring seafoam. Thick white smoke is the result of the seafoam doing it's thing.

If he did let is set for sometimes it would of leaked passed the rings and into the oil pan. Thats if it was hydro locked.

id pull the plugs and crank the motor by hand from the crank in front of the motor.

Hopefully the seafoam is sitting on top of the piston and is not letting the motor turn over . This happened to me on a ford 351 once. It was unknown where the water came from tho .

Hopefully no damage was done to the heads.

He already got it started.. were just now trying to figure out the stiff brakes then engine jolting issue.

I was actually thinking about seafoaming my truck hoping to fix the P0304 misfire code I have and I found this video, it's the official "HOW TO" video. Hopefully it will show you what you did wrong. Good luck.
