1996 Blazer with 4.3 engine. Running perfect when parked Friday night. Would not start on Saturday morning. I check for spark - good to go. I put Ether in carb and it started but then stopped. Fuel filter replaced 15K ago. Any ideas? Could it be fuel pump?

You have confirmed that it is a fuel supply problem with your ether test (be careful with that stuff). You will need to test the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge to determine if the pump is at fault. Check out the Tech Article (DIY) Index link in my signature to find the 96+ fuel pressure check procedure.
