Mine is a 99 that's not from California . Capt. Hook is right though ,the 98's that I've seen don't have that system. Sorry didn't think it was a big deal finding it in salvage yards.

Is yours located in the same spot as mine? Reason I ask is cus I'm not sure if its in a different spot on other blazers I see on my passenger side manifold it comes right off the front of the manifold. That's where I looked on.the other blazers and found a solid manifold, no connection coming off the front

My passengers side one comes directly off the front of the manifold, the drivers side exits out the side on the front . my guess is for power steering pump clearance. Hope that helps.

How mine is lol I got a new check valve and after doucing it with pb blast and putting it in a vice, I got the old one off and new one on. Put a rubber elbow on and wrapped it tight in aluminum tape. Thought all was good til I still heard like an exhaust leak. Got under it yesterday and where the copper tube hits the 3-way T. That T was melted on the copper side and the hose wasn't even connected. Threw a new T on it and its good to go. Thanks for all your vote' help! This was definitely a stressful break down lol

Now I gotta figure why my throttle floored isn't at 100%. Seems like I've got slack in my throttle cable cus its isles low so it stalls. Any idea on that? lol
