Default A few Problems with the ol Blazer

Hello all,
I have a 2000 4x4 4 Door with 220,000MIles on it and I have a few problems that have come up with it. I will try to keep them Short and to the point for ya.

1. I recently Replaced the Intake manifold Gasket, and all the other gaskets from there on UP. And since I have put it all back together I have been getting a clicking noise from up in the engine and have narrowed it down to the PVC Valve. When I got the Blazer allot of the Vacuum hoses were mixed up and what not. Currently The PVC Valve goes to a Black round device that is hooked into the engine with another Vacuum hose hooked to it. The PVC Valve seems to be slapping now and I recently replaced it about a year ago. Is it hooked correctly? I will go ahead and replace it again but just want to make sure I have it hooked up correctly before I do that.

2. On Sunday it was snowy and I was in 4 wheel drive and pulled into a parking lot space and applied the brake and the Brake pedal was HARD HARD it would not go down, I then put my other foot on the brake pedal and it still wouldn't go down. I hit the curb and went over it and finally stopped. I put it in reverse and the brake was working again. I haven't had any problems with it at all since I have had the Blazer. I am curious why it locked up and I didn't have any brakes. Do you think it was the ABS acting up or something. From what I remember there were no lights that flashed on the Dash and I wasn't skidding at all. I just didn't have any brakes. Any ideas?

3. And Finally I have read a few different posts about this problem but I am not sure how to proceeded in Fixing it. When I start my car it idles just fine, but when I start going and get up around 2500 Rpms it sputters pretty bad. Usually in 1 to 2nd Gear and sometimes from 2nd-3rd Gear. If I push the gas down further It usually doesn't happen at all a nice Smooth shift. Then when I am on the Highway going 70MPH it sputters some. Like it cuts out for a half of a second then keeps going. Sometimes it does it more than other times. Then sometimes it doesn't do it at all and other times it does it more frequently. I had a SES light come on for the MAF sensor and I Cleaned really well with some CRC MAF cleaner, and the light has been off since then. What do you think it could be? Water in the Gas maybe? I have went through 10-15 Tanks of Gas and it's still doing it. Got any ideas My Fellow Forum Members.

Thanks so much for your time I know it's a long Post but I am tired of the problems and want to get them Fixed. Thanks Again!!!
