Default Fuel filter not budging!

What's the best way to free up the nuts on a fuel filter without maring up the grips??? I've had 2 vice-grips on and they did nuthing but start to round out the nuts. Is it a good idea to spray PB Blaster on there?

Spray the heck outta them with the PB Blaster often and use flare nut wrenches when you do attempt to unscrew the flare nuts.

Yah you might need to soak a rag in pb and wedge it around the nut to let it penetrate for a few days.
