Fuel in oil
Howdy guys, to make a long story short, I replaced my spider assembly some time a few years ago and recently I've noticed more and more fuel contamination in my oil. (No droplets on dipstick YET but the smell IS getting more and more prevalent) I did some research and all that i could find points toward the fuel pressure regulator. (...which makes sense to me because i bought the spider assembly from rock auto so they probably cut corners and used a ****ty regulator...) Anyone else had similar issues? The OD stopped ticking at 232,000 back in 2013 and just about everything is stock... And if it is indeed a ****ty regulator leaking how would i go about cross referencing a part like that?
Any feedback is much appreciated, Cheers!

My local Starter man had nothing but bad to say about RA. They screwed me hard on a starter. Cost a trans pull and new ring gear.
The only way for fuel to get in the crankcase is past the piston rings. The intake valves are under suction so a worn seal shouldnt do that.
Raw fuel in the oil suggests fuel system leakage into the intake manifold. Weak or intermittent spark also puts fuel in the oil but its a different smell.
Those engines have a pressure let off so the injectors aren't under pressure when the engine is off. Turn the engine off and quickly remove the air cleaner and look into the intake for fuel leakage.
Also can stuff Kleenex in below the injectors and see if the paper gets soaked with fuel overnight. Just dont start the engine with paper in the throttle body!!
Change the oil ASAP. Its very bad to run with diluted oil.
