Default fuel pump

I need to replace my fuel pump in a 99 2dr blazer. I am somewhat handy, but is this best left up to a professional? What would it roughly cost to have it replace? Any answers/suggestions would be much appreciated

Should be in the fuel tank if nobody has changed things. Kind of a PITA to get to but after you drop the tank it's pretty straight forward. Try Search for "fuel pump replacement."

the pumps typically go for around 5-800 bucks here. and then a few hours to put it in. had mine replaced twice now. first time was 1200, second time was 800.
