Default fuel pump bad again? 95 blazer s10

I replaced the fuel pump that was bad in my 95 s10 blazer 3 months ago. I used a spectra fuel pump from advanced auto, is it just odd that this happened or could there be something making the fuel pumps go bad? Any ideas

It's probably the brand you used. These blazers only like ACdelco and delphi pumps.

Mike, nothing personal but you joined this site in June.

What were you reading on here all that time? The fuel pump is in the top three subjects of all systems threads. And every thread says the same thing.

AC Delco or Delphi
However you should do the diagnosis.. there's other reasons.
