Default Fuel pump or Relay?

Hi guys! Been using the forum for a while, but now it's time for a first post

My '87 Blazer (2.8l) S-10 Tahoe died last week

Fuel problems: no fuel coming into the carbs. So I took off the hose supplying fuel, sucked out air then gas, then lots of gas... so no blockage there. Firing it up again, there's no gas coming out the hose. So no pumping. Problem is, it could be simple like the relay or more serious like the pumps gone

I don't know where the relay is for this... anyone know?

I know I could test the pump by running a live to it, but it's a lot of work to test, dropping out the tank etc if it might just be the relay

I'm pulling my hair out here and being located in the UK, don't know anyone locally who knows about 80's Chevys

Any advice welcomed massively!

Thanks I also just realised, not sure if it has an electric or mechanical pump... is there a quick way to check?
