Default gettin hot

last fall i put on a transmission cooler because the last time i went out on the beach fishin i got so hot that i had to have the heat on. the place is like 3 - 4 miles out in deep beach sand and i had it in 4 hi and it was at between1800 - 2100 rpms. now that its been hot outside i had the ac on max air and full fan and still got up over the 210 mark. does this happen to anyone else when it gets hot outside? oh and do any of you offroaders get this problem? what else can i do to keep it cool?

Default RE: gettin hot

I have that problem on mine but it stems from my coolant being completely garbage (really need to change it) and that my radiator was really clogged full of crap. Take a look between the radiator and grille and make sure there is no debris there and then take a garden hose to it to clear any bugs an crap. Additionally if its been more than a 2 years get the radiator flushed.
