Driving on the high way i see a puff of blue smoke, pull into a gas station, engine is smoking and dripping my coolant, orange liquid

i look for hoses all the radiator hoses are dry, and the dripping is coming from like tucked up under the belt. got it towed to a garage but closed, me and my dad filled the reserve with water i moved the truck, and the liquid just shot out of the bottom like crazy and engine started smoking

if thats the case **** the people i bought it from im getting my money back
