hard start problems

hard start problems
Have a '96 with 105,000 on it, and the only I can get it to start is using starting fluid ! Changed wires/cap/plugs/etc. Drowned it with seafoam.
It will run out on the highway like a raped rat once it's started, but it refuses to start normally. Been playing with it for months ! Anyone have an idea ? TIA !
