Question Header installation?

I NEED to replace my ENTIRE exhaust in order to pass inspection (November). I would need new headers, catalytic converter (dont have one currently), muffler and tail pipe. reason itr needs replaced is my entire system is clamped on. Thats not going to pass PA inspection. plus i have no cat and am missing an o2 sensor. I know a guy that will weld my exhaust for a case of beer and all i gotta do is install the headers. Are they hard to install? Do they just unbolt and fall out? Might be a dumb question but I seriously do not know lol

well, problem is you have a chance of breaking bolts etc. if you do you are pretty much screwed lol. Soak them in a can of "pb blaster" for a few days and go at it. you wont know till u do it. I hate exhaust manifolds lol.
