Help!!! 1994 S10 Blazer
I bought my blazer about three weeks ago, and noticed a slifht oil leak coming from the remote oil filter, where the two hoses are crimped. Ok, no big deal. Now I'm having an issue I have no idea how to even begin fixing. While idling, it sounds like it's being revved. Every time the RPM goes up, my oil pressure and battery voltage meters go way down. If someone could point me in the right direction of fixing this, I'd be grateful.

The leaky oil lines are a notorious issues with the 4.3l Blazers. The replacement of these lines can be done by home mechanics, it is just a bit annoying because of the tight spaces. I would also recommend changing the gasket and o-ring at the adapter between the hoses and the engine-block while you are at it. In the 92 I used to own, the o-ring failed and there is a nasty leak. Not enough to ruin the engine along a 10 mile trip though.
As for the oil pressure and voltage dropping, I can't help. The oil pressure sender head can fail on these. That happened to my 92 also.

Thank you so much! I went ahead and changed the spark plugs and wires, and cap and rotor. I don't think I've ever seen plugs look that bad. I'm slowly working on getting the poor girl to run right, but just by doing the small maintenance I have, she already sounds better. Just a weird fluctuating idle. And that darned oil leak.
