Default help!!please!!!

i purchsed a 2001 s10 4x4 blazer with a 4.3ltr engine with 98,000 miles i now notice a "shutter" when the truck is warm (in closed loop) mostly when turned left or right doesnt matter if in drive or reverse. sometimes feel the shutter in drive on accleration. it only does this after the truck is warmed up, when its cold it runs great. the truck has had a recent tune-up ,the engine runs fine no miss, no smoke, on the hiway runs good, only engine code is apo410 an A.I.R pump not working. any help would be greatly appriciated!!!!
