Here's the thing, my bf owns a blazer. it works fine and then when it rains or snows (get wet) it died. it'll crank and crank. the truck had been to the shop costing him thousands now, and still it dies. he claims it the weather and fuel pipe. honesty i do not. i think it an electrical problem or wiringbut i'm clueless about these things. anyways, he had a new fuel tank installed and much more.

could it be related to water or moisture which causes the truck to disengaged the connection between the fuel and its correspondence?

or any suggestions.

Sounds like you need a new distributor cap and rotor, I would try that for about 35-40 bucks.
