Default How to know??

Hello guys,

I put the rebuilt gearbox on the S10 (1992) some times ago but no times to road test it.
I made a very small travel (2kms) with it but I'm afraid... yes... afraid

How to know and be sure if the gears shifts at the right moment??

I have some leaking here and there...

Another question (I'm not on the right section but...)... It seems there is no more gas in the A/C... who know what kind of A/C gas goes in it??

thanks a lot guys.

Your car more then likely takes R12 as they quit producing it in 1994.

The only thing I could think of to test your tranny would be to hook up a tach.

I understood that the 700R4 is a four gears... But I only feel 3 gear shifting. Maybe I'm not right and it is 3 gear + overdrive??
thanks for your help.
