I'm in the same boat as you, blown motor, but have back up cars. thank god hah, hope all goes well if you do the swap. good luck.

Well, I got the motor pulled from my truck last night. I was surprised to see the damage it did. It almost cut the oil pan in half!! The piston isn't siezed in the bore or anything, not sure what the hell happened. There is only about an inch of the rod left. The bearing is still good. It took a massive chunk of the cylinder wall off where the broken rod hit it.
So, if anybody needs heads, distributor, exhaust manifolds, valve covers, intake manifold, injector, etc., let me know. I will be selling everything that is still good. I will be tearing apart my 350 in the next couple of days to see what needs to be done to it.
