Default Idle Misfire

Ruling out everything ignition related as its all ACDelco and brand new, plugs, rotor and cap, new set of wires, all replaced as part of general maintenance recently. went straight to check fuel trims, Long trims are about 3.1-3.9 Banks 2 and 1, and then Short trims arc to about 7-8, usually hovering around 5 and dropping to 0-2 when i start laying on the throttle, i believe that indicates a rich running condition but im not sure. and there is a pretty constant stream of some liquid dripping out of the cracks in the exhaust flanges. at about 700-1000 RPM is smoothes out completely and runs/feels like a dream. Where do i start? i know one of the injector hoses was pulled off (cyl 3 injector), its an MPFI system and the injector was stuck in the manifold, hose came right off so im not sure if it could be leaking from in there and flooding out cylinder 3. once its off idle its fine so im really not sure, Fuel trims both long and short stay above +0 the entire time

Too lean on idle will do that. Air leaks around the intake manifold are common. There must be sufficient fuel reaching the spark plug gap for the ignition to fire the plug under compression pressure.
