Default Idling problem when turning and reversing

I have a 2001 4X4 4DR Blazer and when I was reversing today out of a parking spot, I had to turn the wheel all the way and the truck was about to die. I had to give the truck gas while holding the break. I'm just trying to find out if there is an explaination for what is happening.

So if you turn on the ac or turn the steering wheel while sitting at an idle the engine wants to die?.. it's supposed to idle up slightly... Your idle up circuit possibly isn't working.

How do I replace my Idle up circuit? Is it something that I can do?
